PUBLIC NOTICE 

ATTENTION RESIDENTS OF THE CITY OF EUCLID

The FY 2024 Consolidated Annual Plan Evaluation Report (CAPER) will be submitted to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) on Friday, April 11, 2025.  

The CAPER is an assessment by the City of Euclid regarding the use of Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Funds.  

Starting Thursday, March 27, 2025, you may review a copy of the CAPER at the Department of Planning & Development located at Euclid City Hall (585 E. 222nd Street, Euclid, Ohio 44123) between the hours of 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday. The CAPER will also be available on the City of Euclid’s website at www.cityofeuclid.com.   

Public comments are welcome and must be in writing and submitted to the Department of Planning and Development, Community Development Division by April 10, 2025.
