The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) released new income limits for 2024.
The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) released new income limits for CDBG, HOME, and other HUD Programs for 2024.
They are in the chart below, as well as in the updated Housing Programs application .

Approximately 300 trees measuring 24 inches in diameter at breast height (DBH) and greater will be pruned using this grant award.
The newly purchased lot may be open for public parking as early as August.
Improvements include a redesigned playground, improved lakefront access, enhanced overlook areas and a reconfigured disc golf course.
