EDUCATIONAL VERIFICATION; BCI (OHIO BUREAU OF CRIMINAL INVESTIGATION); AND MOTOR VEHICLE. I AUTHORIZE ALL 

 

PERSONS, SCHOOLS, COMPANIES, AND GOVERNMENT AGENCIES TO GIVE YOU ANY AND ALL INFORMATION CONCERNING MY 

 

BACKGROUND, PERSONAL OR OTHERWISE, AND RELEASE ALL PARTIES FROM LIABILITIES FOR ANY DAMAGE THAT MAY RESULT

 Give your input on future grant-funded community development projects! Our city will be applying for the 2026 Community Development Supplemental Grant (CDSG) from Cuyahoga County. The grant provides up to $50,000 per awardee . Funds must be used for visible improvements that make neighborhoods safer, healthier, or more welcoming. Eligible projects include: ‎ ‎‎‎ ‎‎‎‎‎‎‎ Parks & Playgrounds‎‎ (equipment, resurfacing, safety upgrades) ‎ ‎‎‎ ‎‎‎‎‎‎‎ Streets & Safety (sidewalks, crosswalks, lighting, benches) ‎ ‎‎‎ ‎‎‎‎‎‎‎ Community Spaces (senior centers, rec centers, gathering spaces) ‎ ‎‎‎ ‎‎‎‎‎‎‎ Demolition/Cleanup (unsafe or blighted small structures) ‎ ‎‎‎ ‎‎‎‎‎‎‎ Planning Projects (studies/master plans for future improvements) Projects must benefit the whole community , not just one household or business.
