The FY 2023 Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) will be submitted to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) on March 31, 2024.
The CAPER is an assessment by the City of Euclid regarding the use of Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Funds.
Starting Wednesday, March 13, 2024, you may review a copy of the CAPER at the Department of Planning & Development located at Euclid City Hall, 585 E. 222nd Street – Euclid, Ohio 44123, between the hours of 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday. Public comments are welcome and must be in writing, either via US Mail-delivered letter or via email, and submitted to the Department of Planning and Development, Community Development Division by Thursday, March 27, 2024.
