The FY 2023 Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) will be submitted to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) on March 31, 2024. 

The FY 2023 Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) will be submitted to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) on March 31, 2024. 

 

The CAPER is an assessment by the City of Euclid regarding the use of Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Funds. 

 

Starting Wednesday, March 13, 2024, you may review a copy of the CAPER at the Department of Planning & Development located at Euclid City Hall, 585 E. 222nd Street – Euclid, Ohio 44123, between the hours of 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday. Please see below for a link to the CAPER on the City of Euclid website.

 

Public comments are welcome and must be in writing, either via US Mail-delivered letter or via email, and submitted to the Department of Planning and Development, Community Development Division by Thursday, March 27, 2024.

 Give your input on future grant-funded community development projects! Our city will be applying for the 2026 Community Development Supplemental Grant (CDSG) from Cuyahoga County. The grant provides up to $50,000 per awardee . Funds must be used for visible improvements that make neighborhoods safer, healthier, or more welcoming. Eligible projects include: ‎ ‎‎‎ ‎‎‎‎‎‎‎ Parks & Playgrounds‎‎ (equipment, resurfacing, safety upgrades) ‎ ‎‎‎ ‎‎‎‎‎‎‎ Streets & Safety (sidewalks, crosswalks, lighting, benches) ‎ ‎‎‎ ‎‎‎‎‎‎‎ Community Spaces (senior centers, rec centers, gathering spaces) ‎ ‎‎‎ ‎‎‎‎‎‎‎ Demolition/Cleanup (unsafe or blighted small structures) ‎ ‎‎‎ ‎‎‎‎‎‎‎ Planning Projects (studies/master plans for future improvements) Projects must benefit the whole community , not just one household or business.
