Exterior Paint Program to Return Beginning Spring of 2025

The City of Euclid will offering exterior painting services to eligible Euclid homeowners.

Spring will be here before we know it in Euclid!


The City of Euclid’s Division of Community Development will be offering exterior painting services to income-eligible homeowners who reside in their homes, and meet specific program guidelines.


In order to qualify, your house must be either wood-sided or aluminum-sided with peeling and/or fading of existing paint. Brick or vinyl-sided homes are not qualified for the Exterior Paint Program. All prospective homes are pre-screened by the Division of Community Development.

 Give your input on future grant-funded community development projects! Our city will be applying for the 2026 Community Development Supplemental Grant (CDSG) from Cuyahoga County. The grant provides up to $50,000 per awardee . Funds must be used for visible improvements that make neighborhoods safer, healthier, or more welcoming. Eligible projects include: ‎ ‎‎‎ ‎‎‎‎‎‎‎ Parks & Playgrounds‎‎ (equipment, resurfacing, safety upgrades) ‎ ‎‎‎ ‎‎‎‎‎‎‎ Streets & Safety (sidewalks, crosswalks, lighting, benches) ‎ ‎‎‎ ‎‎‎‎‎‎‎ Community Spaces (senior centers, rec centers, gathering spaces) ‎ ‎‎‎ ‎‎‎‎‎‎‎ Demolition/Cleanup (unsafe or blighted small structures) ‎ ‎‎‎ ‎‎‎‎‎‎‎ Planning Projects (studies/master plans for future improvements) Projects must benefit the whole community , not just one household or business.
