Your voice matters, and this is your chance to make a meaningful impact on our community's development.
We believe that the best projects are built on community input. We encourage you to share your thoughts and ideas on how we can transform the former Roosevelt Pool site into a valuable asset for all residents. Whether you envision a new park, new single family housing, or something entirely unique, we want to hear from you!
Site Details
The former Roosevelt Pool site is approximately 1.4 acres situated between Arbor Avenue, E. 211th Street, Trebec Avenue, and E. 208th Street. The City of Euclid originally purchased the property in 1958, constructing a pool shortly after purchase. In 2022, the pool was demolished due to declining use. Today, the site is open greenspace with primary access from E. 211th Street. The property is zoned in the U2 District, similar to the property in the surrounding area.
