Housing Survey Notice

December 8, 2023

City employees will be conducting a housing condition survey and taking photos of various homes and buildings throughout the City.

The City of Euclid’s Planning & Development and Building & Housing Departments are jointly partnering with the Western Reserve Land Conservancy to survey the conditions of all properties throughout Euclid. These activities will include taking pictures of houses, condominiums, apartment buildings, and various other commercial properties, as part of a Property Survey being conducted to rate the conditions of all properties.

These are not inspections of properties, and City employees from both departments will be in all neighborhoods throughout the City for the next two months conducting these surveys. Please do not be alarmed if you see people with high-viz vests and digital tablets.

Please reach out to City Hall at (216) 289-2700 with any questions.
