NOTICE TO PROPERTY OWNERS OF LISTED PARCELS


You are hereby notified that the estimated assessments for controlling the blight and disease of shade trees within public rights-of-way, including the planting, maintaining, trimming and removing of such trees in the City of Euclid, State of Ohio, exceeds $500.00 for the tax year 2026 to be collected in 2027, such estimate being on file and open for public inspection at the office of the Finance Director, City of Euclid City Hall. Notice given on this day, the 1st day of May, 2026.


You have the right to object to the amount or apportionment of, or the assessment against such lot or parcel as set forth in the estimated assessment filed under section 727.12 of the Ohio Revised Code. An objecting property owner shall file such objection, in writing, with the Clerk of Council (claboda@cityofeuclid.gov) for the City of Euclid within two (2) weeks from the date of this notice, as required under section 727.13 of the Ohio Revised Code. Such objection shall include the address for mailing of the notice provided in section 727.16 of the Ohio Revised Code. An owner who fails to so file an objection shall be deemed to have waived any objection. The mailing address Euclid City Hall is 585 E. 222nd Street, Euclid, Ohio 44123.
