NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING FOR EUCLID 2026 CDBG PRELIMINARY BUDGET AND ACTION PLAN

Public Comments will be accepted through Monday, November 24, 2025 at 4:00 PM.

The following is a summary of the City of Euclid’s projected budget for the Annual Plan for Fiscal Year (FY) 2026 Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program through the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) as recommended. A Public Hearing will be held to review the comments to the budget for the one-year plan for FY 2026 on Thursday, December 4, 2025 at 6:30 PM in Council Chambers at Euclid City Hall – 585 E. 222 Street, Euclid, OH 44123.

 

The forthcoming FY 2026 Annual Action Plan, which describes how the City of Euclid will utilize and leverage CDBG funds will be available for a 30-day public review at a later date when the actual grant allocation from HUD is released. In the meantime, you may review a copy of the current FY  2025 Annual Action Plan and 2025-2029 Consolidated Plan for reference at www.cityofeuclid.gov or by contacting the City of Euclid Department of Planning and Development at (216) 289-2830. Any comments should be in writing and submitted to the Department of Planning and Development no later than Monday, November 24, 2025 at 4:00 PM.
