The City of Euclid’s Exterior Painting Program, “Operation Overcoat” is back for the Spring of 2024!
Attention Euclid Homeowners!
The City of Euclid’s Community Development Division offers exterior painting services to income-eligible homeowners who reside in their homes, and meet program requirements.
