Learn how to log into your email remotely here.
Looking to log into your City of Euclid outlook email account from home? Follow the instructions below to get logged in.
1. CLICK THIS LINK TO LOG IN (This is also available on the website homepage un "Employee Log In")
2. Enter your user name and password as prompted.

If you don’t know your User name you can open a Command Prompt on your work computer by doing the following:
- Click the START Bar
- Search "Command Prompt"
- Open the Command Prompt App - A black box will appear
- In the black box type "whoami" Your user name will appear.
- Use that user name to log into your email using the link above.

Give your input on future grant-funded community development projects! Our city will be applying for the 2026 Community Development Supplemental Grant (CDSG) from Cuyahoga County. The grant provides up to $50,000 per awardee . Funds must be used for visible improvements that make neighborhoods safer, healthier, or more welcoming. Eligible projects include: Parks & Playgrounds (equipment, resurfacing, safety upgrades) Streets & Safety (sidewalks, crosswalks, lighting, benches) Community Spaces (senior centers, rec centers, gathering spaces) Demolition/Cleanup (unsafe or blighted small structures) Planning Projects (studies/master plans for future improvements) Projects must benefit the whole community , not just one household or business. We want your input! Please take a few minutes to share your ideas.
