Request for Qualifications - New Residential Roofing Program

August 13, 2024

Calling Interested Residential Roofing Contractors for a New Roof Replacement Program

The City of Euclid Division of Community Development, within the Department of Planning and Development, is seeking interested residential roofing contractors to partner with in a

new pilot program for homeowners with roofs violated by the Department of Building and Housing.

This program will be made available to income-qualifying homeowners residing in Euclid. The City will provide 75% of the cost not to exceed $10,000.00, with the homeowner

responsible for 25% of the remaining costs, for a new residential roof. The City would pay directly to the contractor upon completion and final inspection with the homeowner

contributing their portion prior to commencement of the work.

The program will be supported with funding through the City of Euclid’s annual allocation of Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funding.

Inquiries will be accepted by Department of Planning and Development until 2:00 PM on Friday, August 30th, 2024.
