The Shade Tree Commission meets the 3rd Thursday of every month at Euclid City Hall at 6pm. 
Meetings are open to the public.

  • Shade Tree's Mission

    The Shade Tree Commission promotes public interest in Euclid's tree canopy.  The Shade Tree Commission has the power to encourage public awareness and the importance of shade trees to the community, including the authority to plan and implement an annual Arbor Day celebration.

  • Arbor Day

    Arbor Day is celebrated the last Friday of April.  The Arbor Day Honoree for 2023 is Former Mayor Paul Oyaski.  An oak tree was planted at the Euclid History Museum on North Street.
