St. Roberts Zoning Legislation- 3rd Reading

Third Reading by City Council will take place Monday, 11/21

The third reading of the legislation with proposed rezoning of the former St. Roberts property will take place at the Euclid City Council meeting Monday, 11/21.This is following the Community Meeting held on September 20th, a Business Development and City Planning Committee meeting held on October 19th, and consideration of the ordinance on second reading at the November 7th Council meeting. If passed, the City will continue its conversation with the Community to further develop the vision of the site in early 2023.
