Wallace Tanner will fill the Ward 1 vacancy due to the passing of Councilwoman Stephana Caviness.
At the August 3rd, 2022 Special City Council meeting, Council appointed Wallace Tanner as Councilperson for Ward 1 to fill the vacancy created by the death of Ward 1 Councilperson Stephana Caviness. Councilman Tanner will serve the balance of the unexpired term ending on December 31, 2023. Please join us in welcoming Councilman Tanner to City Hall!
