Our city will be applying for the 2026 Community Development Supplemental Grant (CDSG) from Cuyahoga County.
- The grant provides up to $50,000 per awardee.
- Funds must be used for visible improvements that make neighborhoods safer, healthier, or more welcoming.
- Eligible projects include:
Parks & Playgrounds (equipment, resurfacing, safety upgrades)
Streets & Safety (sidewalks, crosswalks, lighting, benches)
Community Spaces (senior centers, rec centers, gathering spaces)
Demolition/Cleanup (unsafe or blighted small structures)
Planning Projects (studies/master plans for future improvements)
Projects must benefit the whole community, not just one household or business.
