Grand Blvd. is temporarily closed due to construction. You can access the cemetery using the following directions:
-- Take Upper Valley Drive to the top
-- Turn RIGHT on Sagamore, then LEFT on Delaware to Glenridge
-- Turn LEFT on Glenridge to Grand Blvd
-- Turn LEFT on Grand to Concordia which ends at the cemetery.

Give your input on future grant-funded community development projects! Our city will be applying for the 2026 Community Development Supplemental Grant (CDSG) from Cuyahoga County. The grant provides up to $50,000 per awardee . Funds must be used for visible improvements that make neighborhoods safer, healthier, or more welcoming. Eligible projects include: Parks & Playgrounds (equipment, resurfacing, safety upgrades) Streets & Safety (sidewalks, crosswalks, lighting, benches) Community Spaces (senior centers, rec centers, gathering spaces) Demolition/Cleanup (unsafe or blighted small structures) Planning Projects (studies/master plans for future improvements) Projects must benefit the whole community , not just one household or business. We want your input! Please take a few minutes to share your ideas.
