Minimum Requirements for the Exam:

Birth Certificate - U.S. Citizenship Papers - Valid Driver's License - High School Diploma / G.E.D. Certificate

Physical Agility Exam Certificate Dated after September 29, 2025.

Individual City Requirements and Extra Credit

Agility Test Information:

Acceptable Agility Test Certificates.

• Tri-C Agility Test with a timing of four and a half minutes or less.
• Auburn Agility Test with a timing of four and a half minutes or less.
• CPAT must meet the minimum CPAT requirements. 
• Firefighter Mile must meet the minimum FF Mile requirements.

Your physical agility certificate must be dated after September 29, 2025.
