The City of Euclid’s Urban Forestry Division, through the Department of Planning and Development, is soliciting proposals from qualifying and appropriate contractors for the 2025 Citywide Street Tree Removal Program.

The project locations for this Removal Program are primarily located on tree lawns throughout the City and will be divided by zones as deemed necessary and will be monitored and tracked by the Urban Forester of the City of Euclid.

The entity awarded this contract will be expected to provide all labor, supervision, equipment, materials and expertise required to perform the Tree Removal in the City of Euclid as specified. The work shall be performed by a company which derives the majority of its annual income from arboriculture work, and whose employees are highly trained and skilled in all phases of tree removal. Work performance and references are required. A detailed Scope of Work for each project location is detailed in the RFP document.

Sealed bids will be received from qualified bidders by the City of Euclid, 585 E. 222nd Street, Euclid, Ohio 44123, on or before Monday, September 8, 2025, at 3:00 PM.
