  2. Property Tax Estimator: This is a powerful tool for homeowners that demonstrates that property taxes will likely not increase at the same rate as their increase in appraised values. In fact, many homeowners will see their taxes decrease: Estimate your Property Tax (cuyahogacounty.gov)
  3. Residential Sales Finder: Allows you to see the sales prices of nearby homes (since this appraisals are largely based on sales). : Cuyahoga County Sales Finder 2.0 (arcgis.com)

  5. Cuyahoga County will host a series of in-person meetings to educate taxpayers about the reappraisal process. All are welcome to attend. Find the list of meetings on the reappraisal website here.


For your information, Cuyahoga County has provided a digital version of the reappraisal presentation - The “2024 Sexennial Appraisal Presentation” is the most recent version of what Fiscal Officer Michael Chambers has presented throughout the County, including to the County Mayors and Managers Association and First Suburbs.

 Give your input on future grant-funded community development projects! Our city will be applying for the 2026 Community Development Supplemental Grant (CDSG) from Cuyahoga County. The grant provides up to $50,000 per awardee . Funds must be used for visible improvements that make neighborhoods safer, healthier, or more welcoming. Eligible projects include: ‎ ‎‎‎ ‎‎‎‎‎‎‎ Parks & Playgrounds‎‎ (equipment, resurfacing, safety upgrades) ‎ ‎‎‎ ‎‎‎‎‎‎‎ Streets & Safety (sidewalks, crosswalks, lighting, benches) ‎ ‎‎‎ ‎‎‎‎‎‎‎ Community Spaces (senior centers, rec centers, gathering spaces) ‎ ‎‎‎ ‎‎‎‎‎‎‎ Demolition/Cleanup (unsafe or blighted small structures) ‎ ‎‎‎ ‎‎‎‎‎‎‎ Planning Projects (studies/master plans for future improvements) Projects must benefit the whole community , not just one household or business.
