The Euclid Art Walk is seeking volunteers to help with the upcoming event.
The Euclid Art Walk is fast approaching, and we need your help to make this vibrant celebration of creativity a resounding success! We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated volunteers to join our team and help ensure that every aspect of the event runs smoothly. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of an unforgettable day, connect with local artists, and contribute to the cultural fabric of our community.
Volunteer Roles:
Volunteers are essential to the success of the Euclid Art Walk, and we are looking for individuals to assist in various capacities:
- Event Set-Up and Tear-Down: Help with setting up tents, tables, and displays before the event and assist with taking them down afterward. Your efforts will ensure that the Art Walk is a welcoming and organized space for attendees and participants.
- Information Attendants: Serve as the friendly face of the event by providing directions, answering questions, and distributing event programs. You'll be instrumental in helping visitors make the most of their experience.
- Artist Assistance: Support participating artists by helping them with the setup of their displays and ensuring they have everything they need throughout the day. This role offers a unique opportunity to engage directly with local talent.
- Workshop and Activity Helpers: Assist in managing the interactive workshops and community art projects. You'll help ensure that these activities run smoothly and that participants of all ages enjoy a fun and educational experience.
- Crowd Management and Safety: Aid in managing the flow of visitors, ensuring everyone has a safe and enjoyable experience. Your vigilance will help maintain a secure environment for all attendees.

Euclid Art Walk Volunteer Application
Give your input on future grant-funded community development projects! Our city will be applying for the 2026 Community Development Supplemental Grant (CDSG) from Cuyahoga County. The grant provides up to $50,000 per awardee . Funds must be used for visible improvements that make neighborhoods safer, healthier, or more welcoming. Eligible projects include: Parks & Playgrounds (equipment, resurfacing, safety upgrades) Streets & Safety (sidewalks, crosswalks, lighting, benches) Community Spaces (senior centers, rec centers, gathering spaces) Demolition/Cleanup (unsafe or blighted small structures) Planning Projects (studies/master plans for future improvements) Projects must benefit the whole community , not just one household or business. The Art Walk Committee is seeking artists, performers, musicians and creatives of all types to participate on Saturday, Sept. 20th.
Participate in the Euclid Ave. Neighborhood Signage Survey! We have an exciting opportunity for you to help shape the future of our community's visual landscape. The City of Euclid is planning to install new gateway and neighborhood signage at the corner of Euclid Avenue and Upper Valley Drive, and we want your input! Why Your Feedback Matters This is more than just signage; it's a chance to express our community's unique identity and charm. Your thoughts and ideas are invaluable as they will guide the design process, ensuring that the final result reflects the spirit and character of Euclid. By participating in this survey, you can help decide on elements such as the inspiration behind the design, the materials we should use, and how the construction should be approached. An in-person public meeting on this topic was held on Thursday, August 28th. We engaged with the community to understand their vision and aspirations for this new signage. Now, it's your turn to weigh in! The survey offers you the chance to answer the same questions that were presented at the in-person meeting and provide your feedback.
